Job Evaluation

The purpose of job evaluation is to determine the relative requirements of the various jobs within your organization. This, of course, allows you to compensate your employees according to the level of requirements of their respective jobs.

One of the key elements of a successful job evaluation process is the choice of evaluation tools and the methodology used to evaluate and compare the different jobs. Depending on your organizational context, different job evaluation tools and methodologies can be considered.
