About

In 2008, Denis Khlat, a compensation consultant from Mercer, started Khlat Compensation Consulting (formerly Khlat Human Resources Consulting). For over 14 years, Khlat Compensation Consulting has been providing consulting services to organizations of all sizes and industries in their initiatives to optimize and/or streamline their compensation strategies and programs.

Over the years, Khlat Compensation Consulting has conducted major projects with numerous companies, never losing sight of the fact that a company’s total compensation strategy and programs must, among other things, ensure the perfect balance between their costs and their expected returns for the firm’s shareholders, just like any other financial asset. Furthermore, considering the impact of these strategies and programs on the organization’s employees, developing or reviewing a compensation program must be done with finesse, integrity, flexibility and ethics. Thus, to reach its full potential, any compensation initiative must ensure an optimal alliance between the fundamental principles governing the fields of finance and human resources management.

It is this philosophy that guides Khlat Compensation Consulting in its work with every client.
